1. Overview

Floating Assistive Button shows on-screen volume, power and shortcut buttons over other apps, for people whose physical buttons are broken or hard to reach. This policy explains how the app handles your data.

2. Data we collect

The app does not collect, store or transmit any personal data to the developer “مُلك” or to SEEN Technology. There are no user accounts and no servers of our own. All settings (button position, style, per-app profiles, schedules) are stored only on your device, and in your own Google account backup if Android Backup is enabled.

3. Permissions and why we need them

• Draw over other apps: to show the floating button and slider panel.
• Accessibility Service: used only to (a) turn the screen off / lock the device when you tap the floating power button, (b) perform the shortcut actions you choose (Back, Home, Recents, Screenshot, Notifications), and (c) learn the package name of the foreground app to apply per-app profiles or hide the button in that app. The service never reads screen content, never logs what you type, and never collects or transmits information. A prominent in-app disclosure is shown before enabling it, and it can be disabled any time in Android Settings.
• Modify system settings: optional, for the brightness slider only.
• Do Not Disturb access: optional, only if a schedule switches the phone to Silent.
• Ignore battery optimizations / Run at startup: to keep the button alive after a restart.
• Notifications: a low-priority permanent notification required by Android for the floating service, and optional hearing-care alerts.
• Camera (flash): only to toggle the flashlight when you choose the flashlight button. No images are captured.

4. Advertising

The free version shows Google AdMob ads inside the settings screens. Google may collect the advertising ID and ad-interaction data to serve personalised or non-personalised ads according to your consent, and share them with advertising partners under its policy: policies.google.com/technologies/ads. A consent form is shown to users in the EEA and UK and can be changed from Settings → Ad privacy options. Premium members see no ads.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

All payments are processed by Google Play. We never see or store your card details. You can manage or cancel a subscription from the Google Play app → Subscriptions.

6. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

7. Data deletion

We hold no data. To delete the app’s data from your device: Phone Settings → Apps → Floating Assistive Button → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app.
